Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, that is possible within 30 days, provided it is not custom made for you. The jewelry must also be undamaged and unworn: The jewelry must be in its original condition, unused and unworn. Any damage or signs of use may lead to rejection of the exchange.
Send us an email: info@glada.nl and indicate which piece of jewelry you want.
As soon as we have received the old jewelry, we will send you the new jewelry. The shipping costs for returning the jewelry are at your own expense. Make sure you use a track & trace code to be able to follow the return package.
Can I return my order?
Of course. If your jewelry is unused, damaged or worn and the barcode label is still attached, you can return it within 30 days. Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.
Make sure you return everything complete within 30 days. The return costs are for you.
You can return your order via PostNL/DHL. These costs are for your own account.
How do I register my return?
Step 1: Put the items together with your completed return form in your return package. Make sure the jewelry is still in the original bag and the barcode is attached to the bracelet.

Step 3: Drop off your package at a DHL/Post NL location near you.
Step 4: Save your track & trace code*
It is not mandatory, but we advise you to send your return shipment with a track & trace code.
What are your return policies?
I returned my order. When will I get my money back?
We will process your return as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days. You will receive a message from our customer service about your refund when we have processed your return.
How do I get reimbursed?
We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay. Did you pay for part of your order with a gift card? Then you will also receive a gift card back for this amount.
