General terms and conditions
1. General
1.2. The conditions below may be changed by GLADA at any time.
1.3. By placing an order with GLADA, each customer declares, without reservation, that he/she agrees to the general terms and conditions.
1.4. The general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
2. Prices and shipping costs
2.1 All prices mentioned are in euros, incl. VAT and excl. shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated in the total overview, before concluding the agreement.
2.2 The shipping costs for all shipments within the Netherlands are €4.95 and shipments within Belgium €8.95. GLADA does not charge shipping costs for orders over €50.
2.3 Offers are valid while stocks last and for the period specified.
2.4 GLADA is not liable for the consequences of (obvious) input errors. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
2.4 In case of exchanging/returning items, the shipping costs for returning to GLADA are for the customer. However, if it concerns an exchange, GLADA will pay the shipping costs for the item to be sent again.
3. Payment
3.1 After ordering in the webshop you will immediately receive an email with the confirmation of your order including order number.
3.2 Payment can be made in the following ways:
a. Directly online via iDeal.
3.3 Orders will only be shipped after receipt of payment.
4. Delivery
5.1 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering without giving any reason, provided they have not yet been shipped.
6. Exchanges and returns
6.1 Personalized products do not fall under the legal regulation of the right of return, and cannot be returned. If the ordered products do not meet the customer's expectations, please contact GLADA via info@glada.nl , so that we can solve it together.
7. Liability
7.1 GLADA does everything it can to deliver the best possible product. All products therefore have the properties that you may expect with normal use. After receiving the articles, you must check them immediately. If they do not meet your expectations, are not in accordance with your order or do not meet the description on the website, you must report this to us immediately by email ( info@glada.nl ) We will then contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
7.2 GLADA cannot be held liable if the maintenance tips are not followed, and complaints will be declared unfounded.
7.3 GLADA is not liable for color deviations due to screen quality.
7.4 The content of the website has been carefully composed. However, GLADA cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or incomplete information.
7.5 If incorrect price information is unintentionally stated on the website due to typing, setting or printing errors, this will be adjusted as soon as possible. Price changes as a result of the above can also be implemented on orders that have already been placed, if the order has not yet been shipped. If desired, the customer may cancel the order placed free of charge due to the above price change.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 In the event of force majeure, GLADA has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of an order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by communicating this in writing and without GLADA being obliged to pay any damages, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of fairness and reasonableness.
9. Privacy
9.1 Personal data will only be included in GLADA's customer database and will not be made available to third parties.
